TOP cleaning I have been a customer for years

HANDS OFF!!! They ruined my suit from Milan, Italy !! The answer was, "the doll did that" It should be obvious that you have to be careful with such delicate clothes and iron the best by hand and appropriate heat. It is not a shirt !! The stuffing of the jacket was burned, in addition it looked dirty and crumpled. They're like some kind of McDonald's cleaning. Luckily, it's all about clothing. I will try to save the jacket at the known cleaning of my mother. Never again. Really not recommended.

Have a suit in the store in the Pappelstraße delivered, but probably in the Gastfeldstraße cleaned. Front was missing a button. After my complaint, I was unkindly referred to a sign that would exclude the cleaning of liabilities in this regard. Such signs are not legally binding (gives a judgment of the BGH). Cleaning must check and mark the parts for defects on acceptance. If something goes wrong with the cleaning, you have to pay for the damage. My button was then found in the store in the Gastfeldstraße and I picked it up there. I have to sew it on myself and a compensation or any coming to me did not take place. Bottom line so zero customer service in the case of a complaint and now effort for me, which I did not cause. I could have run much better, I did not hear any apology in any of the branches.

A few weeks ago I brought a dress to this cleaning. It was completely ruined and the statement of the cleaning was: we washed it as the manufacturer's information allowed. We can only offer to send you a letter indicating the manufacturer's defects. I never received this letter. I also doubt that the purchase price, only by this letter (150 €), would have been refunded by P & C. From the cleaning, just an apology, no compensation, no discount on the expensive cleaning. Can only advise everyone from this shop.

I had an heirloom (fur cap) there for cleaning. The result was unfortunately poor. Not only was the cap not really clean, it also had a yellowish powder (the cleaning powder) in it after cleaning, which was not properly brushed, i. the cap was dirtier after cleaning than before. And as a comment came from the employees only that "it would not get better". This information should be given to the customer in advance and not nearly € 30 for a defective service. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

On request and without extra charge the next day complete suit cleaned and ironed. I'm excited...
